企业年检是工商行政部门对企业资质的复核行为，企业年检通过表明该企业可以进行次年的企业经营活动，企业年检不通过表明该企业不能进行次年的经营活动，每年的3月1日至6月30日。

一、年检的主要内容包括：

二、年检的基本程序：

年检应提交的文件：
